Please note that weekends, public holidays, and bank processing delays may impact the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account.
Returns for pots are accepted only if they arrive damaged. Supplements cannot be returned. However, all other products are eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days, and the credited amount will reflect in your original method of payment / bank account depending on your bank’s processing timelines.
